Fox Chapel's larger homes on wooded lots come with bigger electrical demands: whole-home generators, subpanels for additions and garages, landscape and security lighting, and panels that need room to grow.
I handle the projects these homes actually need — service upgrades to 200 amps and beyond, generator transfer switches sized for the whole house, and clean, code-correct wiring for remodels and additions.
Many Fox Chapel homes have the panel in the garage or basement with space to work — ideal for adding EV charger circuits, hot tub disconnects, and dedicated home-office circuits without tearing up finished walls.
